OVERVIEW

LET US DO THE WORK

If you have land or buildings that you are looking to sell then this is how our simple 4 step process works.

ASSESS

We will arrange to have an initial conversation with you either by telephone or in person so we are able to understand your requirements and find out a bit more about the site and/or existing building(s). Following this we will carry out a desktop review of the site and look to establish the potential for development considering any constraints. Providing the opportunity has sufficient potential we will then carry out a detailed assessment so that we are able to put forward our proposal to you.

PLANNING

Once the agreements are signed we will begin work and develop a scheme for the site. Depending on the type and size of the project it typically takes between two and six months from signing the agreement to submitting a planning application, however this time frame may change depending on circumstances.

OFFER

We will put forward our offer to you for the purchase of the site. This will include the price that we have agreed and any associated timescales involved to provide certainty. Our offer will usually be made on a subject to planning basis for which we cover all associated costs.

COMPLETE

Once planning permission has been granted, the purchase of the site can be completed at the pre-agreed price and within the agreed timescales.
