AMT Property Co. are a creative property development and investment company. We specialise in the development of land and existing residential and commercial buildings to create high quality residential development schemes between 1 and 25 units. Our goal is to deliver best value through creative design, planning and construction to provide sustainable developments, sympathetic to the surrounding environment for the local and wider community. AMT Property Co. consists of an experienced team of motivated individuals and we take a creative and collaborative approach to everything we do, as we believe that creativity and relationships are key to maximising opportunities.

Land Buying
We purchase un-consented land with development potential. We carry out a detailed assessment to establish the most suitable type of development opportunity and the best way to maximise the potential of the land so we are able to make a competitive offer to the owner(s) for the purchase of suitable sites along with a guaranteed exit. Development opportunities consist of standalone land, land adjoining existing buildings such as excess garden land or an assembly of excess garden land over multiple properties.
Additionally, we will consider the acquisition of consented development sites with either outline or full planning permission.
Land Promotion
We work with land owners where strategic longer term development potential exists for development. We work in partnership with land owners to explore all available opportunities to establish the best way to maximise the potential of the site. We enter in to partnership with the owner(s) through a promotion agreement, providing our experience, expertise and financial support, and we manage the entire process from start to finish, and all costs are covered by us.
Sale & Investment
We hold a portfolio of residential and commercial investment property. Properties consist of single let residential, multi let residential and commercial. In addition to selling our developments we also retain some of our completed developments for investment purposes. Additionally, we purchase existing commercial and residential property for investment.
